Project Summary

Технические данные и проблемы Для реализации проекта была задействована команда экспертов. На первом этапе главная задача состояла в выборе оптимальной арматуры согласно требованиям заказчика и разработке технической документации. При подборе оборудования для работы в водной среде материалы EPDM и NBR были выбраны из-за их свойств противостояния неагрессивным средам. Также был произведен подбор арматуры с электрическими и пневматическими приводами. Наши инженеры выполнили кропотливую работу и предоставили высококачественную и подробную техническую документацию, которая значительно отличалась от той, что предоставили конкуренты. Помимо этого, важность сроков выполнения и поставки заказа для реализации всего проекта была отмечена заказчиком и оборудование было поставлено в срок.

Salt transport with a multi-stage pump system

For the salt transport on the pipeline length of approx. 5,672 m, we have designed and implemented a multi-stage pumping system. This avoids up to 320 truck transports per week through densely populated areas. By using our solution, residents are no longer burdened by noise, dust and exhaust fumes.

17 pumps for mineral processing

We have manufactured 17 pumps for a large mineral processing project in Kazakhstan: 14 froth pumps and 3 dewatering pumps in 2022. The pumps are used in a mineral flotation plant and are directly downstream of the flotation. Zinc, lead and silver are flotated there.
