Технические данные и проблемы Необходим насос вертикального исполнения с длиной вала 4100мм для перекачки жидкости с PH 3. Откачка угольной золы от 4х котлов ТЭЦ.
Q: 800м3/ч, Н: 40м, Pm: 180кВт (6000В). Механическое уплотнение HGD

Наше решение Был индивидуально спроектирован насос под данную задачу. Длинна вала насоса составляет 4100мм. Относительно насоса,который был установлен ранее, увеличилась ходимость проточной части. Также закачик доволен механическим уплотнением HGD,которое не требует обслуживания.

For the salt transport on the pipeline length of approx. 5,672 m, we have designed and implemented a multi-stage pumping system. This avoids up to 320 truck transports per week through densely populated areas. By using our solution, residents are no longer burdened by noise, dust and exhaust fumes.

17 pumps for mineral processing

We have manufactured 17 pumps for a large mineral processing project in Kazakhstan: 14 froth pumps and 3 dewatering pumps in 2022. The pumps are used in a mineral flotation plant and are directly downstream of the flotation. Zinc, lead and silver are flotated there.
